Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g oat flakes
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g flour
  • possibly chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Delicious, quick, and easy. Makes about 40 pieces

Melt the butter until melted, add the oats, and mix well. Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, baking powder, and flour, then add to the oat-butter mixture and mix well. Drop the dough with two teaspoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes at 150-170°C (top/bottom heat). Decorate with chocolate, if desired.
