Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g margarine
  • 70 g sugar
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • e.g. muesli (favorite variety)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a firm dough. Then form small balls and flatten them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15-25 minutes. If desired, replace some of the oatmeal with your favorite muesli. Add other ingredients to taste, such as banana or similar.
