Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) margarine
  • 1 cup(s) sugar, brown
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 cup(s) oatmeal
  • Chips (chocolate chips or chocolate drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Original: Vanishing oatmeal cookies

First, combine the sugar, eggs, margarine, and vanilla essence. Then, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and stir in. Finally, fold in the oat flakes and chocolate chips. Using a teaspoon, form the dough into small mounds and place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at approximately 180°C for approximately 12-15 minutes. Do not place them too close together! Note: One cup = approximately 1/4 liter.
