Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 500 g oat flakes
- 3 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and stir in the oats. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Mix everything together and form into small patties. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
