Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 260 g oat flakes
  • 170 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g butter
  • 60 g flour
  • 4 tbsp jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the oats, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the butter and mix everything into a dough. Knead in the flour. Shape the dough into a log. Cut into approximately 50 slices. Roll each slice into a ball. Place on a baking sheet. Make a small indentation in each ball and fill with jam. Bake for approximately 8 minutes at 160°C.
