Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Melt the butter and stir in the oats. Let the mixture cool. Beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Add the oat mixture and mix everything well. Then, using a teaspoon, drop small portions onto the greased baking sheet. Bake at 190°C for about 15 minutes until dark and crispy.
