Oatmeal cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 50 g low-fat margarine
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

WW suitable, for 45 pieces

Melt the butter and margarine in a saucepan. Beat with the sugar in a mixer. Stir in all ingredients except the egg with a spoon. Stir in the egg last. Place small piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C. Then let cool thoroughly. Caution: The cookies spread quite a bit, so don’t place them too close together on the baking sheet. 0.75 FP per piece for 45 cookies. Tip: The low-fat margarine can also be replaced with the same amount of butter; the cookies will then naturally have more points and calories.
