Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s), ripe
  • 8 tbsp oat flakes
  • 3 tsp peanut butter, creamy
  • e.g. chocolate, chopped into pieces
  • n. B. Körner
  • n. B. dried fruits
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

makes about 9 small cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork until smooth. Stir in the peanut butter and finally add the oats. If you like, you can sweeten with sugar, honey, or something similar, but ripe bananas are usually sweet enough. If you want to stick with the basic recipe, use a spoon to drop small heaps of batter onto the baking sheet and press them down lightly. If you want to refine the batter even further, you can add seeds, chocolate, spices, or dried fruit to the batter. Place the small heaps on the baking sheet and press them down. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Once cooled, store the cookies in a tin in a cool, dry place. The basic recipe is simple and can be adapted to your liking. For my cookies, I used the basic recipe and enhanced it with chocolate pieces. You get about 9 small cookies from the dough.
