Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp soy milk (soy drink)
  • some salt
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 40 g tuna in oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

First, prepare the filling. Peel and finely chop the avocado. Mix it well with the tuna. Season with salt. Then, mix the oatmeal with the egg and milk, season with salt, and let stand for a while. Heat the pan or crepe pan, lightly grease if necessary, and spread the batter evenly. Turn over after 1-2 minutes. Place the finished pancakes on a plate. Spread the filling on one half of the pancake, fold it shut, and serve. This recipe is for one pancake.
