Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 g wheat flour type 405
  • 100 g chickpea flour
  • 80 ml water
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • some sunflower oil for frying
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g tuna
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g chickpeas

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Finely dice the onions and garlic and fry in a pan with sunflower oil. Then add the tuna, finely chopped mushrooms, and chickpeas and fry. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, flour, and water into a smooth batter. Then add the fried ingredients to the bowl and fold in. Heat a little oil in a pan, pour the batter into the pan using a ladle (one ladle of batter equals one pancake), and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
