Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1,000 ml water
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Add the oatmeal to cold water, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Then strain the soup through a sieve and season with salt. Tip: If desired, add egg yolk to the soup, season with red wine or sugar, add fruit and vegetable juices, or stir in a knob of butter.
