Ingredients

  • 675 g Wheat flour
  • 225 g Oatmeal
  • 3 tsp Baking powder, coated
  • 1,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 600 g Natural yoghurt
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  • Put the yoghurt in a bowl, add the 2 eggs and stir everything very well. Put the flour, oat flakes, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in another large bowl and mix well.
  • Now add the yoghurt to the flour mixture and knead everything very well to form a smooth dough. Now either form a loaf from it or - like me - form two small loaves and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Now bake the bread in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes on the middle rack and don't forget to put a bowl of hot water in the oven - because of the surge.
