Oatmeal Yogurt Bread
The perfect oatmeal yogurt bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 675 g Wheat flour
- 225 g Oatmeal
- 3 tsp Baking powder, coated
- 1,5 tsp Baking soda
- 30 g Sugar
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 600 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 Eggs
- Put the yoghurt in a bowl, add the 2 eggs and stir everything very well. Put the flour, oat flakes, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in another large bowl and mix well.
- Now add the yoghurt to the flour mixture and knead everything very well to form a smooth dough. Now either form a loaf from it or – like me – form two small loaves and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Now bake the bread in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 – 40 minutes on the middle rack and don’t forget to put a bowl of hot water in the oven – because of the surge.
