Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 400 g shrimp
- 3 kiwi(s), green
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Miracle Whip Balance
- ½ lemon(s), juice only
- Chives, fresh
- Dill, fresh
- salt and pepper

Salad with shrimp and cucumber
Halve the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then cut into small pieces. Dice the kiwis as well. Rinse the shrimp. Mix everything in a bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients. This makes a wonderfully fresh appetizer. Serve with baguette.
