Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g nuts, ground
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g sugar
  • ⅛ liter of oil
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until frothy, then add the oil and water. Sift the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Pour the batter into a greased round baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
