Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300g okara
- 150 g grain, crushed or semolina
- vegetable broth
- 250 g cooked vegetables, e.g. peas, corn, grated carrots…
- 4 tbsp soy flour
- possibly garlic, onion (sautéed)
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
vegan, okara is produced during the production of soy milk
Cook the grains in vegetable broth. Then simply mix everything with the okara, form two loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and cook covered at 175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Remove the cover and brown for another 10 minutes. Increase the temperature if necessary. You can also use 2 to 3 eggs instead of the soy flour.
