  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cans of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • n. B. Italian herbs, e.g. oregano, basil, thyme
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Chop in the blender jug ​​for 8 seconds on speed 6 out of 10. Add the olive oil and tomato paste and sauté for 2 minutes at 100°C on speed 2.
