Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cans of tomatoes, peeled
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
- n. B. Italian herbs, e.g. oregano, basil, thyme
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For kitchen appliances with cooking function
Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Chop in the blender jug for 8 seconds on speed 6 out of 10. Add the olive oil and tomato paste and sauté for 2 minutes at 100°C on speed 2. Add the peeled tomatoes and chop for 15 seconds on speed 6. Pour in the cream and season to taste, then cook for 15 minutes at 100°C on speed 2. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
