- 500 g Gouda or Emmental cheese
- 200 g flour
- 200 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- oregano
- pepper
- chili powder
- 30 olives, without oil and without stones

Finely grate the cheese. Knead the spices, cheese, sour cream, and flour with your hands until a dough forms. Use the dough to form the olives into small balls. Bake them in the oven at 200°C (400°F) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
