Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 150 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ jar black olives, pitted
- some thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
To make the olive bread, combine the flour, milk, cheese, baking powder, thyme, and salt in a bowl and knead well. Chop the olives and add to the dough. Knead well again. Then pour the dough into a porcelain dish and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
