Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g quark, low-fat
- 4 tbsp double cream
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 100 g olives with herbs or garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Great for dipping potatoes, raw vegetables, tacos
Mix the quark with the double cream until creamy. Finely dice or grate the onion, whichever you prefer, and stir it into the quark. Cut the olives into small strips or cubes and mix in. Season gently with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Tastes great with new potatoes, vegetable sticks, and nacho chips.
