OMAS Semolina Strudel

  • 1 Piece Puff pastry
  • 1 Piece Apple
  • 100 g Raisins pickled in rum
  • 100 g Marzipan

  • Cinnamon, powdered sugar

Semolina:

  • 50 g Semolina
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar or sweeteners
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 Piece Egg
