Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Raisins
  • 12 tbsp Rum
  • 200 g Mocha chocolate
  • 20 g Palmin Coconut Fat

Instructions
 

  • Let the raisins steep in the rum overnight.
  • Melt the chocolate and palmin, mix in the raisins and, with 2 teaspoons, place small heaps on a sheet metal sheet covered with aluminum foil.
  • When the piles are firm, remove them from the tray, fill them into a can and keep them cool (or eat them up :)))
