Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g garlic sausage, cut into thin slices
  • 30 g butter
  • 10 g paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the sausage slices in butter over medium heat. This takes about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Now add the eggs to the pan like fried eggs. Don’t let them overbrown, then pierce the yolks to release the yolks. Now you can serve.
