- 3 eggs
- 100 g garlic sausage, cut into thin slices
- 30 g butter
- 10 g paprika powder
Instructions

Brown the sausage slices in butter over medium heat. This takes about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Now add the eggs to the pan like fried eggs. Don’t let them overbrown, then pierce the yolks to release the yolks. Now you can serve.
