Omelette Wraps with Salmon

The perfect omelette wraps with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Wraps:

  • 3 Eggs size M
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 12 tbsp Low-Fat milk
  • 1 tsp Frozen dill
  • Rapeseed oil

Filling:

  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 50 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 150 g Cream cheese double cream, to taste
  • Cling film
  1. Stir eggs, milk and spices until frothy! Heat the oil in a pan and fry 3 omelets! Set aside and cool!
  2. Wash the salad and cut into fine strips!
  3. Brush the omelette with cream cheese and top with lettuce and salmon! Roll up tightly, wrap in foil and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes!
  4. Unpack omelettes and cut in half at an angle! 3 half pieces per person.

Party figerfood tip:

  1. Cut the wraps into approx. 2cm thick slices, push a plastic skewer through (then the roll holds together) and distribute on a plate!
