Linguine (pasta) with Homemade Pesto
The perfect linguine (pasta) with homemade pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Linguine
- 50 g Finely grated mountain cheese
- 1 Peeled garlic clove
- 30 g Pine nuts
- Salt
- 60 g Basil leaves
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 5 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
- Cook the pasta according to the basic recipe.
- Finely puree the garlic clove, pine nuts, a little salt, basil leaves, olive oil and Parmesan.
- Drain and drain the pasta. Mix the pesto with the pasta. Serve sprinkled with mountain cheese.
