One-Pot Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 415 ml chicken broth
  • 240 ml cream
  • 225 g penne
  • 340 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the chicken breast and fry in hot oil. Chop the garlic, add it, and fry briefly. Add the chicken broth, cream, and pasta and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with parsley.
