Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g oat flakes
  • 80 g nuts and fruits, mixed or dried apricots, dates, mango, papaya with cashews
  • 10 g coconut flakes
  • 300 g cashew milk (cashew drink)
  • 100 g coconut water (coconut mango water)
  • Fruit, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Bircher variant for coconut fans

Grind or chop the nuts and dried fruit slightly. Mix with the oats and desiccated coconut in a sealable container. Pour in the liquid ingredients, stir briefly, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add a splash of cashew milk or coconut water if desired and garnish with fresh fruit, such as pear or mango. Tip: You can substitute cashew milk and mango coconut water with other liquids, such as milk, almond milk, etc., and add a splash of mango juice. The main thing is to get about 200g of liquid per serving.
