Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g macaroni
  • 650 ml whole milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 150 g Cheddar, grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the macaroni, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat slightly and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Once the pasta is tender, add the salt and grated cheddar cheese. Season to taste with more cheese, salt, and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
