Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 g macaroni, short
  • 10 slices of Chester cheese or sliced ​​cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the onion. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Add the broth and milk and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and continue to simmer over medium heat with the lid on until the pasta is tender. Stir occasionally. Finally, add the cheese in portions and stir in. We serve it with raw bell peppers. Since the kids don’t eat warm bell peppers, we add them on the plate.
