Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 500g orecchiette
- 1,200 ml vegetable broth
- 400 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the onion. Slice the onion and ham into strips. Wash the spring onions and cut them into rolls. Place the ham, spring onions, peas, and pasta in a large pot. Pour in the broth and cream, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with cheese, and serve.
