Pea and ham pasta dish with cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta shells
  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • 125 g diced ham
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 250 ml Cremefine
  • 50 ml milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the water and add the peas, Cremefine, processed cheese, and diced ham to the pot. Stir well during cooking. Now pour the milk into the pot and season with salt and pepper. You can also add other seasonings (such as herbs) if desired. Simmer on low heat for a few more minutes.
