One-pot pasta with broccoli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup of cream, 200 ml
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g pasta
  • ½ broccoli, cut into florets
  • some cocktail tomatoes
  • e.g. Parmesan, grated
  • Spice(s), of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pour the broth, passata, and cream into a deep pan. Season to taste, such as salt, pepper, a little sugar, nutmeg, or chili. Bring to a boil, then add the pasta, making sure all the pasta is covered, and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the broccoli and continue simmering until cooked through. Finally, fold in the Parmesan cheese and add the cherry tomatoes.
