One-pot pasta with zucchini, mushrooms and peas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti, also maccharoni or linguine are possible
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 150 g peas
  • 1.125 ml water
  • Thyme, fresh or dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Slice and quarter the zucchini, slice the mushrooms, and peel and slice the garlic cloves. Place the spaghetti in a large pot with the mushrooms, zucchini, peas, garlic, and thyme. Add the water. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Add the soy cuisine and plate the pasta. Other ingredients, such as the original with tomatoes, basil, and onion, are also possible. The amount of water can vary depending on the type of pasta. It’s best to use a little less at first and add more later.
