Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70g spaghetti
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 cubes of spinach, frozen
  • ½ onion(s)
  • e.g. curry powder
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the onion and sauté in a saucepan, then add the mixed vegetable broth, cream, spaghetti, and spinach. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 12 minutes, until the spaghetti is al dente. Season to taste and top with Parmesan cheese.
