One Simple Habit Will Help You Remove Belly Fat and Lose Weight: What You Need to Do

The study showed that losing weight is not so difficult.

If you’re trying to lose weight, you probably know that there are an endless number of different diets that are flooding the internet.

However, a new study has shown that one particular eating habit is not only effective but can also help you lose weight and reduce belly fat.

The study, which was published in Cell Reports Medicine, involved 162 participants. They were asked to follow a specific eating habit for three months: 44 participants chose a time-restricted diet, 47 participants followed a low-carbohydrate diet, and 44 participants combined both.

They were also asked to eat during an eight-hour period that lasted either from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

What did the results show?

After three months, the results showed that all three eating habits can lead to weight loss. However, only the time-limited diet resulted in the loss of abdominal visceral fat.

“I think this is good news for people who are struggling with obesity or metabolic syndrome,” said nutritionist and health expert Lori Walker.

Which option to choose?

According to the expert, to choose a working method, a person who wants to lose weight needs to try all the options. Only then will you choose the best one?

“By allowing yourself to eat only at certain times, you are less likely to overeat,” the expert added.
