Onion and bacon rolls

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 rolls
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of bacon, diced
  • ½ pack of cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Peel the onion and dice it into small pieces. Combine the crème fraîche, the chopped onion, and the bacon, along with a little salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix and season to taste. Cut the rolls open, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the mixture on top, sprinkle with cheese, and place in the oven for about 5 minutes to heat up and allow the cheese to melt.
