Onion – bacon – bread for bread baking machines

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 650 g flour (wheat flour, type 1050)
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 100 g bacon
  • 50 g onion(s), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place all ingredients except the bacon and onions into the bread maker and knead. Sauté the chopped onions in the bacon until translucent, then add to the bread maker after the beep. It will take a while to knead everything together, as the bacon will make the pan a bit slippery, but it’ll work. Program 1 (Basic), Browning: Medium
