Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 500 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions, red
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 can tuna, in its own juices, drained
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
The delicious topping is already inside
Crumble the yeast and mix it with the sugar and water in a small bowl. Mix the flour with salt, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Knead in the yeast water and let it rise for about 20 minutes. Finely dice the onions, lightly fry them in the remaining oil, and knead them into the dough along with the finely chopped capers, parsley, and tuna. Let it rise for another 30 minutes. Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at about 180°C on the middle rack for about 55-60 minutes. Place an ovenproof dish with water in the oven. Tastes best with just butter or plain cream cheese.
