Onion bread without yeast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 100 g onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. Don’t knead the dough at the end, even if it looks a bit undercooked. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil so it’s easier to remove the bread and drop the dough into the dish. Preheat the oven to 155 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the bread on the middle rack for 45-50 minutes.
