Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of diced dried meat or ham, approx. 200 g
  • 400 ml Hollandaise sauce, e.g. ready-made
  • some vegetable broth, instant
  • 500 g onion(s), diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

for approx. 10 pieces

For the yeast dough, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Knead thoroughly until the dough bubbles. Let it rise for 1-2 hours. Combine all ingredients for the topping in a bowl and mix. Once the yeast dough has risen, roll it out and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the topping evenly over it. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F) for about 50 minutes. Cut into 10 pieces.
