Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g ready-made mix (baking mix) for farmhouse bread
- 150 g diced ham
- 500 g onion(s)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the bread dough according to the package instructions and then roll it out on a greased baking sheet. Peel the onions and cut them into rings or cubes. Sauté them with the diced ham. Mix with eggs (or three, depending on the size), sour cream, and cheese, and season with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too runny, stir in the cornstarch. Spread the mixture over the bread dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 45-60 minutes. Serve hot.
