Miss Ellie …

  1. 1 ….. I thank you from the bottom of my heart that I can modify your data center and make it public. You can find the basic ingredients and basic recipe at Miss Ellie under onion casserole, because she came up with the delicious “modification / addition”
  2. Basically it’s very simple … you stick to Miss Ellie’s data center and add my ingredients as follows:
  3. A pan for the bacon, which I bake again with paprika powder. Remove the bacon and add the onions & sauté in them until translucent
  4. When steaming, I chopped 5 sprigs of parsley from my mini herb garden and added them to the onions (except for the stems because they contain bitter substances). Also the pressed garlic and the pitted and chopped hot peppers.
  5. Well mixed and seasoned in a glassy state ala Miss Ellie & also with a little fresh nutmeg. Put in a baking dish, sprinkle with liquid (see KB by miss Ellie) and sprinkle with cheese to finish.
  6. 30 minutes baked at 200 degrees in the oven.
  7. 7 ….. and then serve, with me fried chicken fillet. I wish you a lot of pleasure while cooking …… GOOD APPETITE
