  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  • Salt pepper

  • Peel and finely chop the onion.
  • Mix the sour cream and finely chopped parsley well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, add the prepared onion and mix well.
  • Tastes good with grilled or pan-fried foods.
