Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 120 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g sausages, wieners, or ham cubes
  • 4 tbsp fried onions
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Savory snack, for 12 muffins

Combine flour, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Whisk 2 eggs and stir in the sunflower oil and milk. Fold in the grated cheese, finely diced Vienna sausages or ham, and fried onions. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the muffin batter into a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 25 minutes.
