Onion – Mushroom – Vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 4 m.-sized onion(s) OR:
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 3 pinch(s) black pepper
  • ½ tsp curry
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pack of diced ham
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a side dish for steak, for example

First, clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into half rings. Preheat a pan and add the oil. Briefly sear the ham cubes on all sides over medium heat. Then add the mushrooms and onions and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the spices and deglaze with the white wine and stock. Simmer for another 7-8 minutes and serve hot with the steak.
