Onion Pancakes

- 2 Large onions approx. 300 g
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Sour cream
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 100 g Grated Gouda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 0,25 Cup Peanut oil
- Farmers bread
- Butter
- Peel and dice the onions. Put all ingredients (onion cubes, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons sour cream, 3 tablespoons flour, 100 g grated Gouda, 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper) in a bowl and mix / stir well. Heat peanut oil (¼ cup) in a pan, fill in small buffers with two spoons and fry / fry on both sides until golden brown. Makes approx. 12-14 pieces. Keep the onion fritters warm in the oven at 50 ° C until serving. If necessary, season with salt and pepper. Serve onion pancakes with farmhouse bread and butter.
