Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 large onions (vegetable onions)
- 6 apples
- 6 tbsp water
- 6 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 small jar of mayonnaise
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes
Slice the onions. Dice the apples and the sausage, and crush the garlic clove. Mix the water, vinegar, and sugar and pour over the onions, apples, and garlic. The next day, drain the juice and fold in the mayonnaise and sausage.
