Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 kg white cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 carrots
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 ml oil
  • 250 ml vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 45 minutes

Finely grate the vegetables, bring the remaining ingredients to a boil, and pour over the vegetables while still hot. Let stand for 24 hours, then stir before serving.
