Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp honey, mild
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • some oregano
  • some chili powder
  • Parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

ideal for hamburgers or as a side dish for steak

Slice the onion into strips and place it in a bowl. Add olive oil, mild honey, salt, a pinch of pepper, and chopped parsley, along with chili or oregano to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and then bake in the oven at approximately 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Ideal for hamburgers or as a side dish to steak.
