Ingredients

Decoration

  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 200 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 145 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice or
  • Orange juice from the bottle;)
  • Grated orange peel about 1 tbsp
  • 1 packet Powdered sugar
  • Colorful sprinkles
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions

  • Put the flour in a bowl and mix in the baking powder. Add butter, sugar, eggs, orange peel and orange juice (I only had one orange so I took juice out of the bottle). Mix everything into a smooth dough. The machine does it for me;)
  • Preheat the oven at 175 ° C fan oven. Put the batter in a bundt pan. I greased them with butter beforehand and dusted them with breadcrumbs. The whole thing then wanders into the oven for 40-50 minutes, depending on the oven it can always vary a bit, it is best to do the wooden stick test in between.
  • Turn the cake out onto a wire rack and let it cool down.
  • For the icing, mix powdered sugar with orange juice (here from the fresh orange), be careful not to get too runny. Decorate the cake with it. Who still likes colorful sprinkles over it. I messed up while decorating, then unfortunately the casting was almost too firm for streusel, but the good will counts;)) Unfortunately, I was too slow for the final photo, it was discovered immediately ...
