Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml orange juice
- 150 ml Campari
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- Orange peel (zest) for decoration

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes
Combine orange juice, Campari, and 75g of powdered sugar and chill for 1 hour. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the remaining powdered sugar. Fold the egg whites into the orange juice mixture and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. To serve, scoop out balls or dumplings, arrange in bowls, and garnish with orange zest.
